"So, I have to admit when a very dear friend talked to me about their life coach, Jim Trick, I really didn't think it was what I needed. My entire life had been turned upside down. Medical tragedies had led to a series of events that resulted in the loss of my marriage, my home, and so much more. Somehow, Jim managed to hear words that I wasn't able to speak. From there, we entered into a journey. I felt like he reached inside my soul. Together, we discovered safe, creative, and extremely healing ways for me to grieve. I learned to accept my feelings of loss without feeling guilty. I am not one who likes self pity. I thought that I should focus on the fact that my son had survived and not the loss. I learned that it was okay to feel both.
I was never told what my goals should be. What did happen, is that I reached a place where I was able to chart a new course for my life. My life is so much better now. Through the help of God, amazing people in my life, and my life coach, Jim Trick, my career is going well. I have an amazing relationship with my children. My faith is stronger than it has ever been. I still have moments where I grieve my life as it once was. That is okay. I am so thankful to Jim for guiding me through these major transitions in my life. "
