Coaching
Change comes in two forms — the kind you choose, and the kind that chooses you. Both can shake your sense of who you are and where you’re going. Coaching helps with both. It bridges the gap between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming — helping you move forward with clarity, courage, and practical direction.
Coaching isn’t therapy. Therapy often looks back to heal what’s been broken — it helps bring someone from dysfunction to function. Coaching looks forward — helping you grow from function to fulfillment. Many people benefit from having both. Therapy helps you make peace with your past. Coaching helps you build your future.
Working Together
Every coaching relationship begins with connection.
We start with a free 20-minute introductory call with both of us — a relaxed conversation to see if we’re the right fit for one another. It’s a chance for you to ask questions, share what’s bringing you to coaching, and get a sense of how we work. There’s no pressure or sales pitch — just genuine connection and clarity.
If it feels like a good match, we’ll send you a Discovery Questionnaire before your first session. It’s designed to help you reflect on where you are, what you most want to create or change, and what tends to get in the way. It also helps us understand how to best support you, so we can make the very most of our time together.
From there, we begin your coaching journey.
Sessions are initially booked and paid for in a block of four, allowing us to build momentum, track progress, and create meaningful change that lasts. Each session lasts about an hour, give or take, and takes place either in person at our coaching space in Marblehead, Massachusetts, or online via Zoom — whichever feels most comfortable and convenient for you.
Our goal is simple: to make every minute we spend together purposeful, honest, and empowering — a space where real growth happens, one conversation at a time.
